AI and ChatGPT can win you business
I am guilty of burying my head in the sand about AI, Chatgpt etc. But what I learnt yesterday while pitching to a new client, has opened my eyes 🤩 …
During the pitch I asked her how she found our company? This is a normal question to ask, helps you tailor your marketing.
What is far from normal, was her response to the question.
She started where everyone starts, Google. But was un-impressed by the list it presented to her (Sponsored links etc from big Corporate Companies, who have massive seo budgets). She was looking for a more personable company, with local knowledge and that came highly recommended, and definitely not a large Corporate. She didn’t have time to scrawl through lower pages of google listings and cross check reviews etc.
So she decided to ask Chatgpt. She wrote all the things she was looking for in a Property Management company, with no limit to her search criteria, and asked ChatGpt to recommend some companies. Then within seconds, ChatGpt produced a summary report of companies she should consider – and we were top of this list!
It delivered an Executive Summary of our business, including specific points from our website, analysed all the reviews/testimonials across the internet to cross check the things she was looking for were also mentioned in the reviews and then listed our direct contact details. She called, I visited, and we have now hopefully booked our first new business for 2025.
