Hello, I’m Andrew, the Founder and Director of MMP.
My career in property began in 2002, not as an estate agent, but as a property investor, landlord and developer.
That distinction has shaped the way I have approached property ever since. My experience has always been from an owner’s perspective – understanding not only how a property is managed day-to-day, but how decisions around investment, refurbishment, leasing, expenditure and timing can protect and enhance the value of an asset.
In 2007, I founded Manage My Property after initially being asked to look after a property for a friend relocating overseas. What began with a single property developed into a specialist management business, built around a simple principle: manage every asset as though it were our own.
Today, we let and manage approximately 150 properties across South West London, giving us extensive hands-on experience of residential assets, tenants, buildings, maintenance, compliance and the practical realities of property ownership.
Alongside this, my wider property experience has included acquisition, refurbishment and development, planning and asset enhancement, leasing, investment sales and disposals. This combination of strategic and operational experience means I tend to look beyond the immediate transaction and consider the longer-term performance and potential of an asset.
I remain a Property Investor myself, and that continues to influence how I advise clients. Whether considering expenditure, a lease event, refurbishment, development potential or a disposal, the question is always the same: what course of action best protects, improves or realises the value of the asset?
MMP has grown from its residential management foundations into a broader property and asset management offering, providing owners and investors with experienced, commercially focused oversight of their property interests.
