HMO & Selective Licence Applications – £495 + VAT
The vast majority of London Boroughs now require landlords to have a licence in order to let out their property. The application process is complicated and administrative. We are very experienced at dealing with Mandatory and Additional HMO licence applications, as well as Selective Licence Applications. We are here to provide HMO application help and assistance.
Tenancy Agreement and Right to Rent check – £175 + VAT
We can check a tenants right to rent, collect all the necessary documents from them and prepare and send out the tenancy agreement.
Let Only Service – from 6% + VAT (no renewal fee)
This is ideal for landlords who like to control most aspects of their rental property themselves. We would market and find you a suitable tenant(s) and then all other tenancy aspects would be done by you.
Property Inspections – £95 + VAT
This is ideal for landlords who perhaps live little too far from their rental property and rely on their tenants ‘views’ on the condition of the place and what maintenance is required. You can book a visit from one of our experienced property managers who will then report back to you on the condition of the property.
