Who is responsible for managing my information?

This Privacy Policy is owned and maintained by Manage My Property( “MMP”,“we” or “us”).

We are responsible for the collection and proper management of any personal information you submit. We will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

Applicants/Tenants – Names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.

Landlords – Names, addresses, email addresses, Bank Details and phone numbers.

Suppliers – Names, addresses, email addresses, Bank Details and phone numbers.

How do we use your information?

The information you provide may be used in a number of ways:

  • Applicants – if you register an interest with us regarding your search for a property, you consent for us to use that information in relation to assisting you with your property search.   
  • Tenants – if you contract to rent a property with us, you consent for us to use your information in relation to the services we offer in relation to the property you are renting.  These services are Lettings and Management. 
  • Landlords – if you contract us to rent and/or manage your property with us, you consent for us to use your information in relation to the services we offer. These services are Lettings and Management.
  • Suppliers – if you work for us as a supplier, you consent for us to use your information in relation to the works you carry out.

 Who will we share your information with?

We will never share or use your information for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with 3rd parties who we instruct in the capacity of the services we supply.   These services are Lettings and Management.  We may also share your information with Urang Group who are a 3rd party supplier of Block Management Services.

How Do We Store your information?

Your personal information is stored in email format on our secure Office 365 servers, which have password protected access for employees, or in our Property Management System, Jupix, which is also password protected.  Access to both of these systems is by MMP employees only.

How can you access/update/delete your information?

We store your data for a maximum of 5 years.

How do we update this privacy policy?

 We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates on our webpage. This privacy policy was last updated on 18th May 2018.
